The Midleton Very Rare 1999 is a blend which consists of 12- to 25-year old Irish whiskies, aged in selected Bourbon and Sherry Casks. First released in 1984; limited to 50 casks per year.

The Hennessy 2016 Limited Edition release is the sixth in an ongoing series between Hennessy V.S and internationally renowned artists, including Ryan McGinness, Shepard Fairey, Os Gemêos, Futura, and KAWS. Campbell found inspiration for the 2016 Hennessy V.S Limited Edition bottle when traveling to Cognac, France, to get a feeling for the Maison’s history and creative process. In Cognac, he found an unexpected harmony between Hennessy and his own art. “Between the earth, the sun and the grapes, there’s an unpredictable subtlety that goes into crafting Cognac. The use of human touch to create Hennessy parallels my own art, creating a character and taking on a life of its own”.

Wild Turkey Freedom is a 2002 limited release, created as a tribute to the restoration of America's native wild turkey. Exceptional barrels of 7-13 year old bourbon were selected, creating a smooth, full-bodied taste with intensive vanilla and caramel notes.

Rémy Martin Centaure Limoges was first released in December 1981, a 50-years old Fine Champagne Cognac, bottled in a white Centaure-shaped Bernardaud decanter.

Hennessy introduced their XO quality in 1870. In those days XO contained a Cognac which was 70 years old. Later, in the 1940's, Hennessy guaranteed their XO to be 'at least 45 years old'. In 1947 the tulip shaped decanter replaced the regular Claret bottle and, with some minor changes, this bottle is still in use today.

This Hennessy XO Limited Edition is a 2020 release, designed by Frank Gehry.

Johnnie Walker Quest was released in 1997 for the Asian market. Positioned above Blue Label this was actually a very good whisky. Either way production seized shortly after introduction.

The Glenfiddich Excellence is a rare reserve of ancient Glenfiddich Pure Malt Scotch whisky that has been carefully selected and aged in oak casks for at least 18 years. It was specially created in 1987 to celebrate 100 years since the distillery was founded and as a tribute to the 18 members of the family who contributed to the brand’s remarkable success.

Macallan Edition No.6 is inspired by the picturesque landscape that surrounds Macallan distillery. Matured in a combination of European and American oak hogsheads and butts, this is a fruity, spicy single malt with notes of fresh fruits, nutmeg, ginger, chocolate, toffee, and vanilla on the palate, with hints of oak spice lingering in the finish.

Rémy Martin Extra is a 35-year old Fine Champagne Cognac, a blend of 90% Grande Champagne Cognac and 10% Petite Champagne Cognac. Rémy Martin Extra was introduced in the early 1900's, phased out in 1927 to make way for Rémy Martin VSOP and re-introduced in 1972 as Rémy Martin Grande Fine Champagne. In 2010, Rémy Martin Extra was replaced by Rémy Martin Centaure de Diamant.

Cognac Davidoff Extra is the brain child of two men, Zino Davidoff and Killian Hennessy, followers of the same philosophy: perfection and uncompromising quality. Cognac Davidoff Extra is composed of the best reserves of Hennessy Eaux-de-vies, which come exclusively from the 4 best wines of the Cognac region: Grande and Petite Champagne, Fins Bois and Borderies, all of them aged for a minimum of 40 years.

This Early Times 100 proof was bottled in 2010 to celebrate the distilleries 150th anniversary. A total of 36.000 bottles were released.

Bushmills 1608 Anniversary Edition was released in 2008 to celebrate Bushmills' 400th anniversary. It was on April 20, 1608, that King James I granted the Governor of Co Antrim a license to distil in the area. What makes this release even more interesting is the use of crystal malt in the grain bill. Crystal malt is traditionally used by brewers to add body and colour to their beers. When used at Bushmills, it resulted in a fuller flavoured spirit that takes on some jammy and caramelised flavours once matured. Master Distiller Colum Egan added a very, very small proportion of grain whiskey to the crystal malt to add a bit of balance.
