Dom Pérignon Oenothéque 1973
Cuvée Dom Pérignon Oenothéque is a special Cuvée of Dom Pérignon that is disgorged after being aged on lees for years and released only when the “Chef de Cave” (cellar master) deems it perfect for release. Oenothéque wines are marked by complex aging notes, fine elegance, and aromatic intensity. However, the Moët & Chandon Champagne house doesn’t produce the Oenothéque bottle anymore. It has rebranded the Oenothéque wine as “Plenitude”.

Salon Les Mesnil Blanc de Blancs 2013
The Salon Le Mesnil Blanc de Blancs 2013 is the most recent offering from the iconic Champagne producer, Salon. Established in 1905, Salon was the pioneering Maison to create a Blanc de Blancs, and this latest release marks only the 44th in its nearly 120-year history.
The wine has garnered acclaim from critics, with Antonio Galloni of Vinous awarding it a remarkable 99 points and describing it as "the most robust and densely textured young Salon" he has ever encountered. James Suckling also commended its sophistication, offering a lengthy, textured experience, and granted it 97 points.

Dom Pérignon Rosé 1986
Of all luxury brands of champagne, Dom Pérignon is probably the most famous, with an unwavering appeal. The first Dom Pérignon Rosé was the 1959, but it was not commercially released and only seen in private collections.
The 1986 vintage is a beautifully pure Rosé Champagne. On the nose, intense and fresh red fruit character – wild cherries and red currants, which then mingle and give way to notes of Mirabelle plums and toasted bread. On the palate, the initial impression of roundness and concentration is perfectly balanced by an almost youthful liveliness.

Dom Pérignon Rosé 1990 magnum
The 1990 Dom Pérignon Rosé is powerful and explosive in style, with superb overall intensity. In this flight, the 1990 comes across as a more polished version of the 1993. Just beginning to enter its tertiary phase, the 1990 is in a great place to deliver maximum pleasure. Autumn leaves, crushed flowers mint and sweet red berries add nuance on the racy, creamy finish. Drink between 2015 and 2025. Robert Parker 94/100.
