Cherry Marnier was one of the first fruit liqueurs created at the family's original distillery founded in 1827 in Neauphle-le-Château, near Versailles. Cherry Marnier is made exclusively from Morello cherries, a variety from Turkey known for its full flavor.

Initially marketed as Cherry-Brandy, Cherry-Cognac or a combination of both names it was renamed Cherry Marnier in 1966, still bottled at 30% abv which was reduced to 25% in 1975 and further reduced to 24% in 1983, adapting the product to the consumer demand for low alcohol products, without harming its intrinsic quality.

Cherry Marnier was withdrawn from the USA in 1999 and from then on only available in a select number of European countries. In 2016 Campari Group became mayor shareholder and at some point they decided to stop the production of Cherry Marnier on 1st January 2017.

For Richard Hennessy the House of Hennessy has blended 100 of its oldest eaux-de-vie – aged in old barrels for up to 200 years – with younger examples to create this incomparable cognac. Once blended, it gains complexity and power from five years in younger casks, with the wood emphasising the structure and character of the eaux-de-vie. This also gives Richard Hennessy its darker colour. Richard Hennessy was first introduced in 1996. This is the 2nd edition, produced by Baccarat, which run until 2008.

In 2017, Jameson is proud to be working with Steve McCarthy, a Dublin based designer and illustrator.

In Steve’s design he has brought the ‘chance your arm’ story to life with two outstretched hands, exchanging a handshake which is framed by the St. Patrick’s Cathedral door of Reconciliation. On the knuckles of each hand can be found the tattooed words “Sine” and “Metu”, a reference to the people around the world that have been inspired by the Jameson family motto and have etched it upon their skin as a reminder that when you fear a bit less, you live a bit more.

Since the introduction in 1874 Louis XIII de Rémy Martin, initially known as Age Inconnu, has been Rémy's most prestigious cognac, a blend composed of 1200 different Grande Champagne cognacs matured between 40 and 100 years, bottled in a decanter which was shaped after a 16th century metal flask found on a Jarnac battlefield in 1850 which was purchased by Rémy Martin.

Between 1874 and 1920 Rémy Martin Age Inconnu was sold in glass decanters made by Verrerie Royale de Saint Louis in Münzthal but these reproductions were far from perfect and so the production was entrusted to Cristallerie de Baccarat from 1920 onwards.

This presentation of Remy Martin Louis XIII Very Old has been produced for Europe between 1962 and 1963, bottled in a Baccarat decanter, packed in a rare plain white/cream card box and accompanied by a 1938/1957 Royal Banquet and a Battle of Jarnac card.

Philippe de Castaigne Très Vieux Grande Champagne Cognac, distilled in 1850, bottled between 1989 and 1994. As this is pre-phylloxera Cognac it is made from Folle Blanche, the traditional grapes which were used for both Cognac and Armagnac until 1878.

Karuizawa 15 years, bottled in 2003 to celebrate the Hanshin Tigers Championship. Although sold as '15 years old' it does contain whisky distilled in 1968, hence the reference '31 years old' on it's label which again does not make sense when bottled in 2003 unless the whisky was transferred from wood to glass which seems to be the case.
