Hennessy X.O Replica 1970
Hennessy introduced their XO quality in 1870. In those days XO contained a Cognac which was 70 years old. Later, in the 1940's, Hennessy guaranteed their XO to be 'at least 45 years old'. In 1947 the tulip shaped decanter replaced the regular Claret bottle and, with some minor changes, this bottle is still in use today. This however is a replica of the Claret bottle as it was launched in 1870, released in extremely limited numbers in 1970, 100 years after its initial introduction.

Hennessy VS 2020 Faith XLVII
To celebrate the 10th anniversary of their VS limited-edition Cognac, Hennessy has enlisted the help of acclaimed South African artist FAITH XLVII. Mastering everything from painting to calligraphy to gold leaf detailing, her design that wraps around Hennessy VS Limited Edition Cognac is at once dynamic and classically alluring. Symbols of both the sun and time feature prominently in the artwork, immediately conjuring similarities with the process of cognac production– the natural elements that the eaux-de-vie rely on, the many years spent waiting for them to age to perfection… and these parallels were not lost on her: “Distilling and assembling eaux-de-vie is like my process… it’s about taking basic elements and transforming them into something extraordinary.”

Suntory The Whisky
Sold in 1988 and 1989, this is the 2nd edition of Suntory The Whisky, a Japanese blended whisky was composed entirely of domestically distilled spirits, Yamazaki malt with an average age of 30 years, the finest single malt from Hakushu, aged in different types of casks, subtly vatted with grain whisky from Chita distillery. The porcelain decanter has been produced in the Japanese town Arita and does come with a porcelain stopper for this final edition, whilst before (fragile) wooden stoppers where used.

Born from the idea of the writer Kaiko Ken during the era of Suntory's second president, Keizo Saji, this whisky was aimed to be the "greatest blended whisky in human history," a goal that was unmatched anywhere else in the world. Once a year, an ultra-aged Yamazaki malt was selected from the secret reserves, and the finest spirit chosen that year was used."

Jameson 2016 St. Patrick's Day
The work of Dublin street artist, James Earley, the bottle marks the start of the brand’s ‘#BeOriginal’ campaign, which was launched globally in March 2016.

The 2016 bottle was inspired by the bridges crossing the River Liffey in Dublin, and reflects how structures like this represent the “soul of modern Dublin” by linking spaces, people and ideas. Earley has incorporated key features of Irish bridges into his design, including the Grattan, Sean O’Casey and Samuel Beckett, while also depicting his love for Dublin through details such as the Atlantis and Anna Livia visual icons.

He has also used the slogan ‘Dublin, our city’, to emphasise the “welcoming atmosphere of the city”.
