Hennessy Paradis Imperial (2019)
The pedigree of Hennessy Paradis Imperial stretches back almost two centuries. In 1818, the Dowager Empress of Russiarequested a special blend of very old, gold-colored eaux-de-vie of the finest quality. In response, Hennessy's Master Blenders delivered their finest creation, a rare blend of Cognac of rare finesse.
Two hundred years later, in 2011, Hennessy is paying tribute to this first delivery with the release of Paradis Imperial. The aromas and flavors of Paradis Imperial are where the true elegance of the Cognac is revealed. Paradis Imperial is a blend of the finest eaux-de-vie, singled out immediately after their distillation. These exceptional eaux-de-vie, that represent less than 1% of the eaux-de-vie of a given vintage at the original selection, are between 30 to 130 years-old and are matured with individual care and attention in old casks before being used or poured into "Dames-Jeannes." After this maturation process, only one out of 1000 eaux-de-vie of a given vintage will become part of the Paradis Imperial blend.

Rémy Martin Louis XIII 50ml (2005-2009)
Since the introduction in 1874 Louis XIII de Rémy Martin, initially known as Age Inconnu, has been Rémy's most prestigious cognac, a blend composed of 1200 different Grande Champagne cognacs matured between 40 and 100 years, bottled in a decanter which was shaped after a 16th century metal flask found on a Jarnac battlefield in 1860 which was purchased by Rémy Martin.
Between 1874 and 1920 Rémy Martin Age Inconnu was sold in glass decanters made by Verrerie Royale de Saint Louis in Münzthal but these reproductions were far from perfect and so the production was entrusted to Cristallerie de Baccarat from 1920 onwards.
This is the miniature version, presented in a clam-shell box with curved lids, announced March 11, 2005 and remained in production until October 2009.

Grand Marnier Cordon Jaune Triple-Sec
Marnier Cordon Jaune is a triple-sec liqueur made from neutral spirit in which sun-dried Haitian Citrus Bigaradia peels macerated for three weeks. Cordon Jaune was produced by Jean-Baptiste Lapostolle in his modest distillery in Neauphle-le-Château, near Paris, which was founded in 1827.
In 1870 the founders son Eugène Lapostolle is forced to leave Paris, this due to the French-German war, and he ends up in Charente. Back in Paris with a stock of Fine Champagne Cognac his assistant Louis-Alexandre Marnier starts blending this Cognac with orange liqueur and around 1880 he has perfected the recipe for a liqueur which he named Curaçao Marnier.
It was some 10 years later that César Ritz tasted this liqueur and recommended his friend to change this name to Grand Marnier to emphasize its grand nature and as such Grand Marnier was born.
This is the March 2015 final presentation of Grand Marnier Cordon Jaune, and for the first and last time the name Triple-Sec has been added to the label.
The production of Cordon Jaune was halted January 1, 2017.

Grand Marnier Cuvée Spéciale 1827-1977
In 1977 Grand Marnier celebrated their 150th anniversary with the release of Cuvée Spéciale Cent Cinquantenaire, containing 50-year-old Grande Champagne Cognac, sold in 2000 individual numbered hand-painted bottles, marketed using the slogan “Hard to find, impossible to pronounce, and prohibitively expensive.” The decanter was shaped after a 1927 limited edition Baccarat decanter.
The production of Cuvée Spéciale Cent Cinquantenaire continued for a number of years but at some point the name changed to Cuvée du Cent Cinquantenaire, made with 25-50 year old Cognac.
According to some Cuvée du Cent Cinquantenaire phased out in 2013, with strategists deeming that there wasn’t enough “liquid differentiation” between Cent Cinquantenaire and the lesser Cuvée du Centenaire, replacing Cent Cinquantenaire with the Cuvée 1880, which had a slightly higher Cognac content. In reality the production of Cent Cinquantenaire stopped in 2017, after David Campari became mayor shareholder.

Hennessy X.X.O
Hennessy XXO Hors d’Age Cognac, crafted by Hennessy’s seventh generation Master Blender, Yann Fillioux, is said to be “as pertinent as ever”, “rich”, “expressive” - with notes of bitter orange, freshly grated nutmeg, licorice, peppermint leaf and delicate spices. Officially, the XXO age category is aged for longer than 14 years, but considering this is a Hors d’Age version of their XO, it’s been aged for far, far longer. This is a rich tapestry of Hennessy’s finest spirits, and contains some spirits aged for more than 50 years.

Marnier-Lapostolle Cherry Marnier 30° (200cl)
Cherry Marnier was one of the first fruit liqueurs created at the family's original distillery founded in 1827 in Neauphle-le-Château, near Versailles. Cherry Marnier is made exclusively from Morello cherries, a variety from Turkey known for its full flavor.
Initially marketed as Cherry-Brandy, Cherry-Cognac or a combination of both names it was renamed Cherry Marnier in 1966, still bottled at 30% abv which was reduced to 25% in 1975 and further reduced to 24% in 1983, adapting the product to the consumer demand for low alcohol products, without harming its intrinsic quality.
Cherry Marnier was withdrawn from the USA in 1999 and from then on only available in a select number of European countries. In 2016 Campari Group became mayor shareholder and at some point they decided to stop the production of Cherry Marnier on 1st January 2017.
This 200cl Magnum was bottled between 1966 and 1975.

Hennessy Pure White
Since its launch in 1998, Hennessy Pure White has only ever been available in the Caribbean; a limited distribution that has built an intriguing aura around one of Hennessy’s most covert brands. Made in Cognac, Pure White is a smooth and elegant liquid – a fine quality you would expect from the Hennessy Maison. What makes it so fascinating, however, is that although the liquid is expectedly made in France, the brand has grown exclusively within the heart of the Caribbean. Only in 2023 Pure White entered the US market with a limited release, celebrating the 25th anniversary of this rather illusive Cognac.
