Izarra is a liqueur made in Bayonne, part of the French Basque Country, first made in 1904 but based upon a 19th century recipy. The Jaune version contains 13 different herbs and has a almond taste. It takes about 15 months to create Izarra.

We believe that this miniature was released somewhere in the first quarter of the 20th century which would make it about 100 years old. Quickstep might have been a wellknown brand in those days; nowadays it has vanished from the market.

The wonderfully fragrant St. Raphaël Doré, also called Ambré, is based on white wine includes vanilla amongst other herbs.

Hennessy 1972 Grande Champagne Domaine de la Bataille is a Single Vineyard Cognac, landed in 1973, bottled in 1995. Landed refers to 'early landed' which is Cognac still distilled in France but matured in the UK.
