Released Spring 2015 this is a masterful union of well-bred bourbons. The first, a spicy bourbon with a mash bill favoring rye, barrel aged for a subtle woodiness. This, artfully braided with a smooth, but never soft, wheated bourbon of memorable curves. Finally, a more experienced, oaky bourbon with a rye-based mash. None overpowers the other, agreeing to co-exist in harmony.

Chivas Regal Chairman's Reserve is a selected blend of the finest 25 year-old Scotch whiskies, the masterwork of James Lang, the Chief Blender at Chivas Brothers Limited in Paisley Scotland. Released in 1985 it represents the culmination of his knowledge years of experience, talent and intuition.

Designed exclusively for Chivas Regal Chairman's Reserve, this exquisite decanter is hand made by skilled Stuart craftsmen who use the highest grade of white sand from Loch Aline on the west coast of Scotland.

Known primarily for their Cognacs there was a short moment in time Hennessy released a Pure Single Malt Whiskey as well: Na-Geanna (Wild Geese in Gaelic), distilled at Cooley's, bottled exclusively for Japan around 2000.

In April 1988 Kilian Hennessy visited Japan, 40 years after his first visit to the land of the rising sun. To commemorate this special event Kilian took a few bottles with him which were presented as gifts for friends and business-relations. We have secured three of these rarities.

Wild Turkey's 12 year old 101 proof  'split label' was released in the mid-1990's, the predecessor of the infamous Cheesy Gold Foil.

This Hine Napoleon, bottled in a hand gilded ivory white Limoges decanter, a faithful scale reproduction of the Arc de Triomphe, commissioned in 1806 by Napoléon Bonaparte to commemorate his many victories.

This whisky was distilled in 1958 (not 1957 as has been stated many times) and bottled in 1967 for The Japan Bartenders Association by when it was around 10 years old. The name Byron refers to Lord George Gordon Byron, an English peer, poet and politician (22 January 1788 – 19 April 1824).

Johnnie Walker Blue Label was created in 1992; this is one of the many Limited Editions which have been launched since, the 2019 Japan Limited Design.

Produced at the Heaven Hill distillery, Old Fitzgerald's 1849 pays homage to old style of wheated bourbon. It is said to celebrate the mash bill created by John Fitzgerald.

Jack Daniel's Bicentennial pays tribute to the 2ooth anniversary of the State of Tennessee which was in 1996. The bottle itself is a replica from the bottle released 100 years earlier, in 1896, by the man himself. This is the European release.
