Yamazaki Whisky is Suntory's flagship single malt whisky, from Japan’s first and oldest malt distillery, multi-layered with fruit and Mizunara aromas. This is the 2016 release, a single malt whisky has been aged for at least 12 years in Japanese Mizunara oak casks, known for imparting complex notes of coconut, spice and incense to the drink.

Nikka Taketsuru 21 years Non-Chill Filtered in a limited release of 3000 bottles, bottled in honor of Nikka's 80th anniversary.

The Hakushu distillery is owned by the Suntory group, and situated in the Toribara locality of the former town of Hakushu, in the Yamanashi Prefecture, Chubu region, Japan.

This 18 year old Hakushu is a limited edition of just 500 bottles.

Suntory Yamazaki Sougyou 1899 is a 1983 special release to celebrate the 60th year of Suntory being involved in whisky. Yamazaki was built in 1923 allthough it did not produce spirit until 1924.  The 1899 refers to the opening of Torii Shoten, Torii Shinjiro's wine shop and start of what would become Suntory

Hennessy Cuvée was created exclusively for the Japanese domestic market, available between 1990 and 2001.

Hennessy Timeless was released in August 2000, limited to 2000 decanters.  The cognac contained in Timeless is a unique blend created from the 11 most exceptional years of the 20th century. Each has been selected from Hennessy's "Grandes Réserves" stocks, the largest reserves of old eaux-de-vie in the world.

Johnnie Walker 1820 was a limited release for the Japanese market, a blend rumoured to be 21 years old, named 1820 after the founding year. In 2006 Diageo's surprised their employees with a decanter commissioned to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Kilmarnock Distillery. This decanter was filled with a '1820' blend which we believe is the same found in this bottle.

Hibiki 2001 Century was released 31/01/2000 to celebrate both the start of the 21st century and Suntory's 100th anniversary.

Hibiki 2000 Millennium is a limited edition which was released in 1999 in honor of the (then) forthcoming millennium.

Suntory introduced Hibiki in April 1989, released to celebrate the 90th Anniversary of the company.  The NAS premium blend at 43% ABV carried a suggested retail price of ¥10,000. Designated as “a masterful blend of specially aged whiskies with a mature full-bodied taste” on the front, the back label further elaborates that the contents are a mix of 30 different whiskies. The unique bottle, with its 24 facets that reflect the hours in the day as well as all the ‘small seasons’ in the year, sported a medallion, a gold cap stopper, all packaged in a luxurious box.  

Hibiki 17 years old was launched in 1994, as replacement for the nas version which however contained the exact same whisky.

Nikka Miyagikyo Genshu (Cask Strength) Single cask #121902, distilled December 24, 2003 and bottled October 21, 2014.

Nikka Yoichi Manzanilla Wood Finish is a 2018 limited release of 4000 bottles.

Nikka Taketsuru 25 years Pure Malt, made up from Yoichi and Miyagikyo single malts, was launched in 2012 and discontinued in 2020 due to shortage of stocks.
