Created by Cellarmaster André Giraud, launched in 1981, Rémy Martin XO is composed of a unique blend from up to 400 eaux-de-vie coming exclusively from the most sought-after vineyards of Cognac: Grande Champagne (85%) and Petite Champagne. Several years after its introduction, the name changed to Rémy Martin XO Special which in 2003 became Rémy Martin XO Excellence.

Chartreuse V.E.P. (Vieillissement Exceptionnellement Prolongé) was created in 1963 in honor of the prosperous period after WWII, known as 'Trente Glorieuses'. The bottle itself is a exact replica of the one used between 1840 and 1868.

Chartreuse V.E.P. is made using the same processes and the same secret formula as the traditional Chartreuse Verte liqueur, and by extra long ageing (8-20 years) in 600 liters demi-muids oak casks it reaches an exceptional quality.

Martell Cordon Bleu was created in 1912 by Edouard Martell and first launched at Monte Carlo's Hotel de Paris. Cordon Bleu was the first post-phylloxera Cognac released by Martell, a X.O quality containing 100 different eau-de-vie aged 10 to 25 years of which around 50% Borderies.

Old Parr was named after the legendary figure of Thomas Parr, said to be England’s longest-lived man, aged 152 when he died in 1635. His long life symbolized the maturity of the whiskies used in the blend, whilst his wisdom represented the skill and knowledge required to produce it. This bottle was produced pre-WWII for the Singaporean market. This one was bottled in the 1950s.

This is the old presentation of Otard Extra, bottled in the 1990s with a Fine Champagne Cognac, aged between 35 and 50 years.
