Suntory introduced Hibiki in April 1989, released to celebrate the 90th Anniversary of the company.  Hibiki 12 years was introduced in 2009.

This Yamazaki 2011 release comes from short and stout 480L American oak puncheons that are coopered by Suntory themselves. Because of the low contact ratio of puncheons, maturity is slower, so Suntory says we can expect flavor closer to the original spirit.

Suntory introduced Hibiki in April 1989, released to celebrate the 90^th Anniversary of the company.  The NAS premium blend at 43% ABV carried a suggested retail price of ¥10,000. Designated as “a masterful blend of specially aged whiskies with a mature full-bodied taste” on the front, the back label further elaborates that the contents are a mix of 30 different whiskies. The unique bottle, with its 24 facets that reflect the hours in the day as well as all the ‘small seasons’ in the year, sported a medallion, a gold cap stopper, all packaged in a luxurious box.  At the turn of the century the nas version phased out in favor of an age-stated 17-year old which itself was discontinued in 2018. This is the second release as it was available between 1991 and 1994, bearing the new Hibiki crest logo but still sold in a grey box.

Suntory Hibiki 21 years was awarded 'world's best blend' in 2013; Jim Murray gave this one 96 points. This is arguably one of the best Japanese whiskies on the market. Hibiki 21 years was launched in 1994, this is the current presentation, released in 2019.

Yamazaki Whisky is Suntory's flagship single malt whisky, from Japan’s first and oldest malt distillery, multi-layered with fruit and Mizunara aromas. 

Yamazaki Limited Edition Single Malt Japanese Whisky 2023 release is the third limited edition Yamazaki bottle since 2017. This single malt whisky has been aged for at least 12 years in Japanese Mizunara oak casks, known for imparting complex notes of coconut, spice and incense to the drink.

Suntory Furudaru Shiage (meaning "old barrel finish") is a 1991 pure malt vatting of reportedly Yamazaki and Hakushu distilleries which was bottled in 2005.

Torys whisky was first launched in April 1946 under the slogan "Good Taste, Good Value". As whisky was considered a luxury item in those days, Torys soon became very popular for offering fine flavour at a good price. In 1958, "Uncle Torys" debuted as the brand's icon and can be spotted on these bottles and packaging. This collectible set contains 3 bottles, whereby each bottle adorns a famous Japanese landmark on its label, whether that be Mt.Fuji, Tokyo Tower or the ancient building of Kyoto, and they look magnificent when lined up side-by-side.
