Jardine Wines & Spirits Limited is a Japanese based joint venture between three companies: LVMH (Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton) wines and spirits business, Diageo (formerly United Distillers & Vintners) and Jardine Matheson, the diversified Asia-based group, which opened its office in Hong Kong in 1982.

This Hennessy was bottled in 1995 for participants of a training/education organized by Jardine Wines & Spirits.
