Suntory Yamazaki 10 years old was introduced in 1995, initially as Pure Malt which later changed to Single Malt. Yamazaki 10 years old phased out around 2015.

This very special Yamazaki, rumored to be over 18 years old, was bottled in honor of the 50th anniversary of Club Yamana, situated in the high-class nightlife district Kitashinchi, just south of JR Osaka Station. Club Yamana, founded by Kazua Yamana, opened her doors in 1968.

The Richebourg is one of the best crus in Vosne-Romanée and lies on calcareous clayey soil. These are both powerful and charming wines: robust, well-structured and harmonious. They develop intense aromas, typical for fine Burgundies: ripe or candied red and dark fruits, musk, leather and humus. A lingering and fabulously rich aroma are what make this cru one of the world's greatest wines. Several decades of cellaring are often required for this wine to reach its best. The exceptional concentration of the Richebourg from the Domaine de la Romanée Conti is due to a perfect vinification and maturing. The meticulous care and attention given to these vineyards was such that they were among the last Burgundies that managed to resist phylloxera, until 1946.

Suntory President's Choice was selected and blended by Keizo Saji, born in Osaka in 1919 as the second son of Shinjiro Torii, founder of Kotobukiya. He became president of Kotobukiya in 1961, and officially renamed it to Suntory Limited in 1963, paying tribute to the success of Suntory Whisky a.k.a. Kakubin.

This one is quite rare as it contains Yamazaki Single Malt instead of a blended whisky.

Master blender Colin Scott has blended whiskies from 5 different types of casks, from Charred new oak to sherry butts, remade Bourbon hogshead, remade Scotch hogshead and ex-Bourbon barrels to make this unique blend of the Royal Citation. Released in 1993 for the Asian market.

The colour of this Petit Cheval blanc 2016, crystalline with yellow-green reflections, characterises the young age of this wine. From the first nose, the minerality dominates with its notes of flint, matchstick, percussion pebbles. With aeration, the wine unfolds all its complexity with notes of fresh citrus fruits such as lemon or bergamot. Rustic characters like sage or rosemary mingle with notes of fresh flowers like acacia, lilac or vine blossom. The open and direct attack shows all the nervousness of this wine. The mid palate is broad and crisp. Volume and sweetness harmonise perfectly with the fresh and straightforward acidity. The aromatic return fully expresses the complexity of this wine with a fruity taste with white flesh (peach, pear). Its finish, long and rich, expands thanks to pretty bitters. (75cl)

The Domaine Louis Jadot 2018 Bonnes-Mares Grand Cru offers up a deep bouquet of raspberries, wild berries, ripe cherries, dark chocolate and rose petals. The Olivier Leflaive Bâtard-Montrachet Grand cru 2020 vintage is a unique vintage. It is marked by historic precocity from budburst, with an advance of 3 weeks, until the harvest which took place entirely in the month of August. High temperatures associated with a lack of precipitation cause a significant water deficit as well as evapotranspiration phenomena in July and August. The absence of rain, on the other hand, allows the health of the grapes to be very satisfactory. The particular conditions of this vintage generate wonderful balances.

Situated in Meursault, Domaine Coche-Dury was formed in 1973, following the marriage of Jean-François Coche and Odile Dury. Its total holdings represent approximately nine hectares of vines, about half of which are in Meursault itself.

This release is the domaine’s 2002 Puligny-Montrachet Les Enseignères, the most renowned of the Puligny-Montrachet villages, thanks to its exceptional geographical and geological location.

Situated in Meursault, Domaine Coche-Dury was formed in 1973, following the marriage of Jean-François Coche and Odile Dury. Its total holdings represent approximately nine hectares of vines, about half of which are in Meursault itself.

"The 2018 Meursault Les Caillerets 1er Cru has tremendous lift on the nose, along with spine-tingling definition and focus to the mineral-rich yellow plum, honeysuckle and hazelnut aromas. The palate is very well defined with great depth, spicier than the Rougeots alongside, and a very persistent finish. This deserves time in bottle, (VM, 94 points)".
