Royal Salute 32-year-old Union of the Crowns pays tribute to the events of 1603, when King James VI fused three mighty kingdoms to create the modern British Monarchy after the death of the childless Elizabeth I. Reflecting the significance of this historical event, the rare single malts in Royal Salute Union of the Crowns exemplify the power of unity, combining precious whiskies to create an incredible experience that can boast to be greater than the sum of its parts. Released in limited numbers in November 2016.

This decanter was released in 2001 to commemorate the 15th Anniversary of Suntory Hall. The whisky itself is a special blend of 15-year-old whiskies.

Arita and Kutani are the pre-eminent ceramic houses in Japan, both located on the island of Kyushu From 2001 till 2014 each house designed a decanter, which was hand-painted and bottled with Suntory's exceptional Hibiki 21 years old.

GM Cuvée Spéciale Velours is a blend of 82% 25-year old XO Cognac, and 18% Biragade bitter-orange flavored liqueur, comparable with quality "Centenaire" The production of Cuvée Spéciale Velours started in 1966 and lasted until around 1998.

Suntory introduced Hibiki in April 1989, released to celebrate the 90th Anniversary of the company.  The NAS premium blend at 43% ABV carried a suggested retail price of ¥10,000. Designated as “a masterful blend of specially aged whiskies with a mature full-bodied taste” on the front, the back label further elaborates that the contents are a mix of 30 different whiskies. The unique bottle, with its 24 facets that reflect the hours in the day as well as all the ‘small seasons’ in the year, sported a medallion, a gold cap stopper, all packaged in a luxurious box.  

Hibiki 17 years old was launched in 1994 and phased out in 2019 due to limited stocks and growing demand.

Suntory introduced Hibiki in April 1989, released to celebrate the 90th Anniversary of the company. Hibiki Blender's Choice was introduced on the Japanese market in September 2018, a nas whisky containing 12-30 year old Hibiki, intended to replace Hibiki 17 years old.
