Suntory Royal Marriage was released in 1993 in honor of the Royal Marriage between Crown Prince Naruhito and Masako Owada on June 9. There is a Special version of Royal Marriage, presented in a decanter made by the Japanese glass maker Chiyoji Asahara. This is a blend of 1960 malt whisky produced at Yamazaki distillery and 1963 grain whisky, matured for 33 years. Perhaps this is the same blend used to fill the regular bottles, but that's just an assumption...
