Hennessy Ellipse
Introduced in 2006, only 2000 bottles of this Prestige-aged Cognac have been produced, rendering it extremely rare and highly collectible to even the most demanding Cognac connoisseur. Following on from the success of its predecessor Hennessy Timeless, Ellipse has carved itself a place in Cognac history with its unique blend of eaux-de-vie, painstakingly selected to ensure the best balance of aromas, while still allowing each master blender to leave their mark with their own distinct eau-de-vie, representing both their generation and contribution to Hennessy's heritage and history.
Designed by Thomas Bastide, this exquisite hand-made carafe was created by Baccarat in crystal glass, with each edition being produced and individually controlled by the masters at the Manufacture. Its avant garde design, with bubbles bursting on the body, allows the light to reflect through the Cognac's beautiful amber tones, revealing luxurious flashes of gold when refracted off its curves.

Rémy Martin Louis XIII (1951-1956)
Since the introduction in 1874 Louis XIII de Rémy Martin, initially known as Age Inconnu, has been Rémy's most prestigious cognac, a blend composed of 1200 different Grande Champagne cognacs matured between 40 and 100 years, bottled in a decanter which was shaped after a 16th century metal flask found on a Jarnac battlefield in 1850 which was purchased by Rémy Martin.
Between 1874 and 1920 Rémy Martin Age Inconnu was sold in glass decanters made by Verrerie Royale de Saint Louis in Münzthal but these reproductions were far from perfect and so the production was entrusted to Cristallerie de Baccarat from 1920 onwards.
This presentation of Remy Martin Louis XIII Brand Rarest Reserve has been bottled for the USA and was imported by Renfield Importers ltd (Newark, N.J.) between 1951 and 1956. Sold with green velvet box & 1938 Royal Banquet card.

Hennessy Richard Hennessy (1998-2008)
For Richard Hennessy the House of Hennessy has blended 100 of its oldest eaux-de-vie – aged in old barrels for up to 200 years – with younger examples to create this incomparable cognac. Once blended, it gains complexity and power from five years in younger casks, with the wood emphasising the structure and character of the eaux-de-vie. This also gives Richard Hennessy its darker colour. Richard Hennessy was first introduced in 1996. This is the 2nd edition, produced by Baccarat, which run until 2008.
Please contact us prior to ordering; the bottle for sale has some minor damage and discoloration, hence we reduced the price.
