Hennessy Paradis Imperial (2019)
The pedigree of Hennessy Paradis Imperial stretches back almost two centuries. In 1818, the Dowager Empress of Russiarequested a special blend of very old, gold-colored eaux-de-vie of the finest quality. In response, Hennessy's Master Blenders delivered their finest creation, a rare blend of Cognac of rare finesse.
Two hundred years later, in 2011, Hennessy is paying tribute to this first delivery with the release of Paradis Imperial. The aromas and flavors of Paradis Imperial are where the true elegance of the Cognac is revealed. Paradis Imperial is a blend of the finest eaux-de-vie, singled out immediately after their distillation. These exceptional eaux-de-vie, that represent less than 1% of the eaux-de-vie of a given vintage at the original selection, are between 30 to 130 years-old and are matured with individual care and attention in old casks before being used or poured into "Dames-Jeannes." After this maturation process, only one out of 1000 eaux-de-vie of a given vintage will become part of the Paradis Imperial blend.

Rémy Martin Louis XIII (2023-2025)
Since the introduction in 1874 Louis XIII de Rémy Martin, initially known as Age Inconnu, has been Rémy's most prestigious cognac, a blend composed of 1200 different Grande Champagne cognacs matured between 40 and 100 years, bottled in a decanter which was shaped after a 16th century metal flask found on a Jarnac battlefield in 1850 which was purchased by Rémy Martin.
Between 1874 and 1920 Rémy Martin Age Inconnu was sold in glass decanters made by Verrerie Royale de Saint Louis in Münzthal but these reproductions were far from perfect and so the production was entrusted to Cristallerie de Baccarat from 1920 onwards.
This is the latest version of Louis XIII, launched August 1, 2023.

Hennessy X.X.O
Hennessy XXO Hors d’Age Cognac, crafted by Hennessy’s seventh generation Master Blender, Yann Fillioux, is said to be “as pertinent as ever”, “rich”, “expressive” - with notes of bitter orange, freshly grated nutmeg, licorice, peppermint leaf and delicate spices. Officially, the XXO age category is aged for longer than 14 years, but considering this is a Hors d’Age version of their XO, it’s been aged for far, far longer. This is a rich tapestry of Hennessy’s finest spirits, and contains some spirits aged for more than 50 years.

Chanteloup is named after the Borderies Estate owned by Martell, with 250 meters the longest ageing warehouse in Europe. One of the sections, where Martell stores 2000 of their best barrels, is situated close to a viewing point overlooking the nearby valley, hence the name Chanteloup Perspective.

Hennessy Paradis (1990-2001)
Hennessy Paradis was released in 1979, created by Maurice Fillioux, as successor of Hennessy Extra, though the name extra was added to the Paradis label for quite some time, apparently to ensure the public would understand what Paradis actually stood for.
Hennessy Paradis Cognac is made from a blend of eaux-de-vie, some of which are up to 100 years old, that have been carefully selected and aged in oak barrels. The type of grape used in the production of this cognac is the Ugni Blanc, which is grown in the Cognac region of France, where the Hennessy house is located. The terroir, combined with the unique aging process, gives this cognac a unique and complex flavor profile.
This Hennessy Paradis Rare Cognac, launched around 1990, was bottled in a slightly re-shaped decanter compared to the distinctive 1979 decanter and remained in service until 2001 when it got replaced by the new Ferruccio Laviania decanter

Logis de la Mothe Vieille Reserve
Logis de la Mothe is a discontinued brand, owned by Andre Jullien, a French producer and owner of a family business which started in 1865. Although production sort of halted in the 1980's it took until 2017 before the announcement came that they would only sell their Cognac, in bulk, to the large producers. This is really a shame as Logis de la Mothe is arguably one of the best Cognacs ever produced. Vieille Reserve was the oldest expression in their humble range and as such the best they had to offer.
